If you are seeing a duplicate charge on your credit card statement, it could be due to several reasons. Below are the most common issues that you may be acquiring a duplicate account charge.

1. Creating one too many accounts

If you had signed up for an account more than once, please contact our support team immediately via email or live chat so that we can either merge or delete your duplicate membership accounts from our system.

Prior to contact, please make sure to have the email address and Account PIN to your new membership account.

2. Subscribing to one too many premium memberships

If you had signed up for a new premium membership with another OG premium membership, please contact our support team immediately via email or live chat so that we may disable your new duplicate membership to avoid accruing further account charges.

Per our policy, we do not offer membership refunds for errors that are not made by a member of our team. However, we are able to offer a credit to your account and apply it as a premium membership time extension.

NOTE: Premium membership time extensions are manually applied to your account will be calculated on a round-down basis.
